Oak Tree South Tenants and Residents Association

We are a Tenants & Residents group on the south side of the Oaktree Lane Estate, we are affiliated to Mansfield District Council and meet every month. We represent the local people and serve on various committees so as to keep them informed about what is happening at the council and also help to resolve their problems or point them in the right direction. We have a vast array of interests and capabilities and strive to be fair and impartial towards all local residents and so help give them a common voice. We have been instrumental in aquiring funding for several projects such as Litter Bins, Benches, and are in the process of getting 2 playparks for our area ( we have got funding for an adventure playground and are trying to fund one for younger children). We work alongside the Neighbourhood Management Team and a the North Oak Tree Residents Association.
